Job Description: As a Project Manager at Reebok, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Leading project kick-off meetings, status updates, and milestone reviews to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Monitoring project progress and performance against established metrics and KPIs.
• Providing regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in the apparel, footwear, or retail industry is a plus.
