Job Description:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales of Rock Breakers and Spare Parts for heavy equipment. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and offer solutions that meet their requirements. The role involves a combination of sales, technical support, and customer service responsibilities, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the heavy equipment industry.
2. Identify and prospect potential customers, build and maintain relationships, and manage customer accounts effectively.
3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Rock Breakers and Spare Parts.
4. Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and recommending solutions.
5. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts to customers, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely delivery of products and services.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
8. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
9. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products and services and expand the customer base.
10. Continuously improve product knowledge and technical skills through training and self-study to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, with a focus on sales and technical support.
2. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, or related field.
3. Strong sales acumen and proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
5. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
