You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs, and building strong relationships with external partners and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to meet the hiring needs of the region
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop recruitment plans aligned with business objectives
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professional organizations
  • Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, trends, and performance to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders on talent management initiatives, including onboarding, employee development, and retention programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decisions
