Additionally, you will lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
Field Marketing: Plan and execute field marketing activities such as product demonstrations, promotional events, and dealer meets to engage customers, build relationships, and drive sales.
Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media marketing, email campaigns, content creation, SEO/SEM, and website management to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
Campaign Management: Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote Pidilite's products and solutions, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging.
Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing collateral, sales tools, and digital content to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
