About the Role:

 As a Key Account Manager at Pidilite, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts to drive sales and revenue growth. You will develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and requirements, and providing customized solutions to meet their objectives.

  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, identifying growth opportunities and addressing potential challenges.

  3. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within key accounts, cross-selling products and services, and maximizing revenue potential.

  4. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, and resolving issues to maintain long-term relationships.

  5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

  6. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with key accounts to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs and company objectives.

  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and resources to support key account initiatives and objectives.

  8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
