Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Operations: Oversee service operations within the designated area, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring service activities to meet customer requirements.

3. Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
