The Role:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at KIA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and leaders across various departments. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, collaborating with stakeholders to implement HR programs and initiatives that drive business success. Key responsibilities include:

Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Leading talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
Managing employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Facilitating learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
