  3. Work collaboratively with Agile Sprint and Scrum teams to deliver project milestones on time.
  4. Key Skills: Proficiency in Struts, EJB, Java, J2EE, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, SQL/PL SQL, MySQL, SVN.
  5. Clearly understand project requirements and document them as needed.
  6. Develop reusable and scalable components aligned with platform architecture.
  7. Adhere to coding guidelines and write efficient, maintainable code.
  8. Perform unit testing and prepare comprehensive test cases to ensure software quality.
  9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate their feasibility.
  10. Collaborate with team members to innovate new ideas and appreciate individual contributions.
  11. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  12. Provide dedicated support to the product and team with a positive attitude and full commitment.

Required Technical Skill Set:

  • JAVA, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, Servlets, jQuery, SQL/PL SQL, Struts framework.

Desired Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Spring, Struts, Bootstrap, Angular, REST API Web services.
