The Role: Key Account Executive - OTX Pharma Sales & Marketing (Field Work)
As a Key Account Executive at Himalaya Wellness, specializing in OTX Pharma Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts in the pharmaceutical sector. Your role will involve fieldwork, including engaging with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts in the OTX Pharma sector, including pharmacies, healthcare institutions, and distributors, to drive sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
Sales and Marketing: Implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the OTX Pharma sector, including product promotions, educational initiatives, and promotional campaigns, to increase product awareness and drive sales growth.
Fieldwork: Conduct regular field visits to engage with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and key decision-makers, understand market dynamics, gather insights, and identify sales opportunities.
Customer Education: Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and retail staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about Himalaya products and can effectively promote them to customers.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the OTX Pharma sector and provide insights and recommendations to internal teams.
Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to assess progress against targets, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Additional certifications or training in sales and marketing are advantageous.
Fieldwork Skills: Strong fieldwork skills, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals, build relationships, and influence key decision-makers to drive sales and market penetration.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey product information, build rapport with customers, and negotiate agreements.
