As a Regional Training Lead - Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning and development strategy for our regional teams.
Role Overview: As a Regional Training Lead - Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning and development strategy for our regional teams. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that equip our employees with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver engaging and impactful training experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of regional training strategies, aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
- Identify training needs through analysis of performance metrics, feedback from regional managers, and observation of employee skills.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for regional teams, including sales staff, technicians, and support personnel.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals that are engaging, informative, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually, ensuring maximum participation and engagement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with regional managers and department heads to identify areas for skill development and create targeted training initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance the quality and relevance of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with learning management systems and other training technology platforms is a plus.
