Position: Sales Manager - Specialty Textile Spinning (STSL)

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives for the STSL division.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including textile manufacturers, garment exporters, and retailers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Provide market feedback and insights to support product development and innovation initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of textile spinning processes and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
