Position: Nodal Complaint Officer

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or complaint resolution roles, preferably in a regulated industry.
